ReviewFlow

Policy summary

ReviewFlow subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves access available until the current paid period ends. Canceling does not automatically refund charges already paid.

  • Cancel before the next renewal
  • Mandatory consumer rights always apply
  • Duplicate and unauthorized charges are reviewed
  • Payment refunds are returned through Paddle

Merchant of Record

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for ReviewFlow purchases. Paddle processes the transaction, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues receipts, and handles payment-related refund and return requests.

Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply to purchases completed through Paddle. If this policy and Paddle's transaction terms differ, mandatory law and the terms that apply to your Paddle transaction control.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel through the customer portal linked from ReviewFlow's Billing page or from the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period, and no further renewal charge will be made.

Removing the extension, deleting local captures, or no longer using ReviewFlow does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.

When a refund may be available

A full or partial refund may be available when required by applicable law, when Paddle approves a request under its buyer refund policy, or after review of circumstances such as a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, or a persistent material defect that prevents access to the paid service.

Except where required by law or approved by Paddle, subscription fees are non-refundable and unused time is not converted to cash or account credit. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable because a subscription was not canceled before renewal.

How to request a refund

Submit the request promptly using the manage-subscription or view-receipt link in your Paddle email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund support option. Include the purchase email, transaction details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

You may also contact savior2024@gmail.com. ReviewFlow can investigate product access and provide context to Paddle, but refunds for Paddle transactions are issued through Paddle rather than paid directly by ReviewFlow.

Technical problems

If a paid feature is unavailable or materially different from its description, contact our Support page and give us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose or restore access. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle and include the support history with your request.

Refund processing and access

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the financial institution. When a subscription payment is fully refunded, paid access may end immediately.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or reduces any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or product-quality right that applies in your country. Where local law provides stronger or non-waivable rights, those rights take priority.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact Paddle or ReviewFlow support before starting a chargeback so the issue can be investigated promptly. This request does not limit any lawful right to dispute a charge with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as our plans, payment provider, or legal obligations change. The version in effect when a transaction was completed will be considered together with the Paddle terms and mandatory laws that apply to that transaction.
