ReviewFlow

Agreement to these terms

ReviewFlow is the brand that provides and operates the ReviewFlow Chrome extension, web workspace, and related services. By creating an account, installing the extension, using a guest review link, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

If you use ReviewFlow for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The ReviewFlow service

ReviewFlow helps website teams capture selected page evidence, annotate screenshots, organize feedback, share private review links, and record approval decisions. Features and plan limits are described on our Pricing page.

Approval records are workflow evidence. They are not electronic signatures, legal certifications, or a substitute for your own client contract and acceptance process.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, keep access links and sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for choosing who may join a workspace or receive a guest review link.

You must have permission to capture, upload, and share the websites, screenshots, comments, and other material that you place in ReviewFlow.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval, included limits, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for ReviewFlow purchases and handles payment-related customer service, taxes, refunds, and returns. Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout also apply to the transaction.

ReviewFlow does not receive or store your full payment-card number. You can manage an active subscription through the customer portal available from the Billing page.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically for the selected billing interval unless it is canceled before renewal. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReviewFlow to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, bypass plan limits or security controls, resell access without permission, or collect sensitive information without a lawful basis and the required consent.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use. You remain responsible for your projects, feedback, invitations, and client-facing communications.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ReviewFlow a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention periods.

Our Privacy policy explains what ReviewFlow collects, when a capture leaves your device, and how service providers process data.

ReviewFlow intellectual property

ReviewFlow and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account or subscription term. They do not transfer ownership of ReviewFlow technology or branding.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep ReviewFlow reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, meet legal requirements, or improve the product. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects a paid plan, where practical or legally required.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, nonpayment, illegal activity, material breach of these terms, or harm to ReviewFlow, its users, or third parties. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

You may stop using ReviewFlow at any time. Ending an account does not cancel an active paid subscription unless the subscription is also canceled through the billing portal or Paddle support.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewFlow is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties. ReviewFlow is not responsible for the content of websites you capture, decisions made by your clients, or third-party services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. ReviewFlow's total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for ReviewFlow during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection, withdrawal, refund, privacy, or data protection rights in your country.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ReviewFlow changes. The effective date above shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email where required.

Questions about these terms can be sent through our Support page or by email to savior2024@gmail.com.
